鳥羽周作さん手掛ける『Hotel's』行ってみた

おはようございます

そういえば先週ですね、青山にある『Hotel’s(ホテルズ)』というお店でランチしてきたんです

こちらはミシュラン一星☆シェフが手掛ける鳥羽周作さんのお店で、私はYouTubeでよく拝見していて、ここのお店が紹介されていて、一度堪能しにお邪魔したいなと思っていたんです

私はあまりマナーでガチガチなお店は苦手なのですが（ドレスコードがあったりとか）、こちらのお店は、整っているけど気取り過ぎず、スタッフの方も気さくでいい距離感をわかってる感じで、そして、料理はもちろんですが、それ以外のものにも、こだわりを感じ、でもそれをアピールしすぎるわけでもなく自然。

ちょうどいいをわかっている素敵なお店でした

私もまた来たくなる指圧治療院を常に心がけて、精進していきたいと思います

食事は健康の土台になりますから、大切にしたいですね
