Water declared unfit for human consumption during the first stage of sampling, an indication that the substance would be hazardous to humans if ingested, although that conclusion was based on the initial sampling, according to the documents and reports.

At the second stage, which was conducted after the samples were returned to the lab, workers used a sample brush to brush the solids from the solids into a swab container.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a voluntary recall of some consumer goods for use in contaminated drinking water. The agency says it's trying to find out what went wrong with the chemical, which is named PBDE4. The agency says the test was conducted during an April 2015 meeting in Seattle between officials from nine states and agencies from three countries that were among the eight that approved new uses for the chemical.

U.S. agencies must determine, based on the levels of chemical detected, how much lead is present at the consumer product's source of contamination. Lead and other toxic pollutants can leach from items made from certain materials and pose a risk to babies and children if ingested. There are about 2,000 known lead-based paint, solder, and aluminum shavings for commercial use, or about 50 tons a year, the EPA says.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has agreed to approve certain uses of PBDE4, so it's on the agency's radar. The agency has notified the chemical makers that if the amount detected is too small for one use of PBDE4, then, it says, manufacturers may not be able to get the maximum amount of lead off consumer products made from that chemical.

The EPA says PBDE4 was found in five samples tested in 2014 in five states, including Washington, which is responsible for testing all the consumer products used for drinking water in the United States, according to the agency. Those four states are New York, California, Illinois, and Michigan. There are 12 states that are responsible for testing the chemical and 10 that approved uses during a special meeting in April 2015.

In its release, the agency acknowledged the risks to customers but said that the risk had changed since testing began two years ago. The company said it has installed new testing devices to improve its monitoring systems at the facility, which is located two miles from Sea-Tac Airport.

The agency also said it is now working to identify potential health risks from the chemical and to provide free exposure monitoring and education to customer

Jim keays raw meat with a fork

I have taken a fork to this dish.

I take bread crumbs out of the loaf and add to a pot on which I fry the meat.

This dish was done in just 3 minutes and my son was enjoying it.

Ingredients:

1 onion, seeded and coarsely chopped

2 green peppers, seeded and finely chopped

3 green garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons freshly grated Cumin

1 tablespoon freshly grated coriander

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

2 teaspoons kosher salt

2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

4 ounces lean, diced ham

2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced

2 cups heavy whipping cream

Directions:

1. In a large stockpot add the onion, green peppers, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, pepper and thyme.

2. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until onion is translucent and cloves are fragrant and the peppers have softened, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Meanwhile, warm 1 1/2 cups heavy cream until ready to serve.

4. In a pan or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the sausage, the bacon, 2 cups of heavy cream, the sausage mixture, and the cumin, thyme and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until the bacon is crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

5. Using a meat thermometer, add the meat mixture to the egg mixture and whisk to combine well. Set aside to allow the sausage mixture to firm up and the bacon to develop a nice, crispy exterior.

6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F. Line two deep 9-inch loaf pans with foil. Line two deep loaf pans with foil.

7. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line panbake trays with foil and set on broiler on broiler on a high setting (you want the hot liquid to boil away). Roast the ham, peppers and sausage for about 15 minutes over broiler or on a wire rack covered with foil. Remove from foil and let cool.

8. Using a small spoon, pour about a teaspoon of butter over each.

9. When the bacon is crispy, flip the bacon over and use a fork to shred the bacon. Remove from the pan. Discard any grease, and set the bacon aside on a serving platter lined with parchment paper.

10. With a fork, scoop the meat mixture into each loaf. Bake for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack
