日曜と月曜でキャンプに行ってきました

不安定な天気の中でのキャンプでしたが、上手に天気をよんで設営から撤収までできました

せわしいキャンプでしたが、自然に逆らわずに楽しめたキャンプでした

天気もそうですが体調とも向き合い、疲れたら指圧で癒してあげましょう

身体の悲鳴に耳を傾けないでいると、のちのちの体調に響いてくるんです
