いい姿勢をキープすることって本当にいいことなのか？

おはようございます

いい姿勢をつくる椅子の下のマット？クッションってありますよね。

お店では何度か見かけて座ったりもしたことあるんですが、はたして『いい姿勢でをキープすることがいいことなのか？』と私は疑問に思っています。

骨格の基本構造として背骨がＳ字を描くことがいいとされています。

私はいい姿勢を理解し、意識した時にその姿勢をとれることは重要だと考えています

骨、関節の周りには、それを動かす筋肉があります。

しかし、筋肉は動かさないことを嫌います。

動かさないと血行不良が起こり、栄養不足となり硬くなってしまいます。

関節も滑りが悪くなります。

ですから、理想は土台となるいい姿勢を理解して、様々な姿勢、動きをしてあげることが骨、関節、筋肉には大切です
