台風が去ったら、今度は夏日が続き夏が戻ってきた感じですね

疲れがドッと現れそうな気候の変化だと思います

つらさの前に指圧することが、一番効果が高いですよ

昨日は学生さん（運動部に所属）で、『症状はないが怪我をしたくないから指圧を受けに来た。』と来店してくれて、意識の高さに嬉しく思いました

こういう考えの方が一人でも増えればと思い、伝えていかなくてはいけないと指圧師として使命を感じました
