『負荷がかかる＝嫌なこと』

『楽なこと＝いいこと』

この二つは、表裏一体といいますか（言葉の使い方が正しいのかは置いといて）、精神的な健康を考えれば、これはそこそこいいことだと思います

身体的な健康の観点からみると、そこそこ間違っていると思います

身体的な面で負荷から逃げていると、筋力は衰えます。

それを老化と言っていいのかどうなのか・・？？

☆『身体的負荷がかかること＝筋力強化＝老化衰退を緩やかにしてくれる』

こう考えてもらえると、少しは負荷を楽しめるかな～なんて思っているのは私だけ！？

もちろん、心身の負荷は、疲労の蓄積にもつながりますから、定期的に指圧を受けて頑張った体を労わることも若さを保つ秘訣です
