休日の週一早朝ジョギングは、8回目を達成しました。

数えているようでは、まだまだ習慣とは言えませんが(笑)

体重は74キロから72キロに減りました[ひらめき]

体脂肪は20%から17.5%になりました[ひらめき]

順調かなと[手(パー)]

理想は体重は現状維持で、体脂肪だけ落として筋肉量を増やしていくことですね[ひらめき]
