体調管理は台風が去ってからが大切

おはようございます

台風すごかったですね

夜中の三時～四時頃は風と雨の音で起きていました

朝起きたら、雨戸が少々壊れていました

沖縄の友人から、台風気を付けてと連絡をもらい、台風の多い沖縄の人が言うんだから、相当なものなのだろうと、覚悟していました

ありがとう

台風のあとは、また猛暑がやってきます

体調を崩しやすいです

指圧で整えておきましょう
