頭痛は指圧で改善する！

おはようございます

昨日はＮＨＫで頭痛の話をやってました

片頭痛と緊張性頭痛の違いは？？とか・・自律神経が原因で副交感神経が優位働いてしまうと片頭痛になる。とか・・・緊張性頭痛は精神的ストレスなどにより筋肉が緊張して起こる。などをやっていました

この症状で来院される方、当院でも非常に多いです

しかし昨日の番組では、対処法に指圧やマッサージという方法の紹介はありませんでした。

残念です
