今朝こんな記事を読みました。

２０１９年１月７日で昭和生まれ方で、二十代がいなくなったという記事

私の感覚からすると、たぶん『おじさん』『おばさん』なんて呼ばれる年齢かと・・・。

若者がいなくなったんですね(笑)。

まあ、それはあくまでも年齢的なイメージであって、実際の体はまだまだ若い

質のいい筋肉を保つことが若さを保つ秘訣といってもいいでしょう
