昨夜、ネットで見つけた気になるフィットネスグッズがあります

【フロッグハンド】という足の裏の筋肉やふくらはぎの筋肉を鍛えるグッズです。

デスクワークが増えたこの社会では、意識して運動の時間を作らないとできないのが現状多いことでしょう

運動をしない人の多くは、少し普段より歩くと足裏やふくらはぎが疲れてしまいます

当院でも自重のふくらはぎの体操の指導をしていますが、面倒でやらない人がほとんどだと思います
